SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING SPEEDS AND PRICING

We take about 5-10 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hats, etc...) and 3-7 business days for non-apparel products (mugs, posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

ABOUT THE CARRIERS

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier and a Tracking Number has been provided, our responsibility for the delivery of the package ends. Any claims related to the process during that time must be directed to the carrier.

COUNTRIES

We don't ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

For now, we do not ship orders to Ecuador, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We ship internationally to all other countries!

TIEMPOS Y COSTOS DE ENVÍO

Nos toma entre 5 y 10 días hábiles producir productos de ropa (camisetas, gorras, etc.) y entre 3 y 7 días hábiles para productos que no son de ropa (tazas, pósters, etc.). Luego, debe añadir el tiempo de envío según el destino. La velocidad y el costo del envío dependen del tipo de producto y la ubicación.

El 97.66% de nuestros pedidos se envían dentro de 5 días hábiles. Más de la mitad de los pedidos se envían en 3 días hábiles o menos.

ACERCA DE LOS TRANSPORTISTAS

Una vez que su pedido haya sido entregado al transportista y estos provean el Número de Tracking, cesará nuestra responsabilidad sobre la entrega del paquete. Cualquier reclamación relacionada al proceso en ese lapso de tiempo, deberá ser dirigida directamente al transportista.

PAÍSES

No enviamos pedidos a ciertos países debido a restricciones legales o limitaciones de los transportistas.

Por el momento, no realizamos envíos a Ecuador, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Cuba, Rusia, Bielorrusia, Irán, Siria y Corea del Norte. Esta lista puede cambiar periódicamente.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

RETURN ADDRESS:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that appears on the package received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS DUE TO WRONG SIZE:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. If so, let us know and we will solve it.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS:

La Tendedera is not a traditional store, with an inventory of products for sale. We print on demand, so each order is produced exclusively once your purchase is confirmed. Therefore it is important that you check carefully the color, design, size and other details of the product, before ordering it.

All the products on the website include the necessary information (mockups, color variants, size chart and description), so La Tendedera will not be responsible or accept returns when the customer misses any of these details after the item has been produced.
